1. Service Provision

JSP Tradings & Solutions Private Limited provides international logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and agricultural export services (including premium cocopit). All services are subject to equipment availability, shipping schedules, and international trade laws.

2. Quotations and Pricing

  • All freight quotes are based on current tariffs, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates, and are subject to change without prior notice until a formal booking is confirmed.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, quotes do not include local duties, taxes, or unexpected customs inspection fees at the destination port.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely documentation required for export and import clearance.
  • Ensure that all cargo is properly packed, marked, and prepared for international transit unless packing services are explicitly contracted with us.
  • Comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding the import and export of goods.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • While we pride ourselves on a 99% on-time delivery rate, JSP Tradings & Solutions shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including extreme weather, port strikes, or customs holds.
  • Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is strictly governed by standard international carriage conventions (e.g., Hague-Visby Rules, Warsaw Convention) depending on the mode of transport.
  • We strongly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive marine or cargo insurance. We can arrange this upon request.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JSP Tradings & Solutions Private Limited and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JSP Tradings & Solutions Private Limited is registered. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
